Tom Ellison, BSc Hons, MRICS, MCIOB
Tom is a chartered Quality Surveyor and Chartered Builder who brings a wealth of expertise to the build process. He is committed to delivering sustainable high quality construction projects from initial design through to practical completion. He believes in Collaboration and Early involvement, working closely with clients, stakeholders and the project team, influencing decisions that add value, improve efficiencies and ensure ideas become viable outcomes for lasting quality homes.

Adam Smith
Adam has been working in construction for more than 25 years, specialising in groundworks, landscaping and project management. He has helped THS Homes manage and build dozens of projects, from new home developments through to stunning extensions.

Neil Mclennan
Neil is a qualified CIOB level 4 Construction Manager and our most experienced site manager who has been with us for over 15 years, liaising with clients and workers ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards and fully compliant. He is dedicated to Saving Waste, Saving Costs, Improving; Safety, Wellbeing and Biodiversity, and linking all these goals towards sustainable better value project outcomes.

Colin Esders
Colin is one of our experienced foremen, managing the site day to day and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard. Colin is also a carpenter and joiner and oversees our bespoke carpentry projects.
