The sympathetic conversion of a pair of three storey semi-detached Victorian period properties into seven 2 bedroom apartments and three 1 bedroom apartments for the first time buyer.
Througout the conversion and build process, the building's architectural integrity was preserved creating superb character features throughout.
Special attention was taken to retain stone elements from a demolished section of the existing building which were then reinstated in the new build extensions. The result was a seamless join between old and new.
