Conversion of a dilapidated 4400 sq ft Grade II listed barn in a conservation area on the Anne of Cleeves estate with two acres of grounds including a formal garden and paddocks. Six bedroom property featuring a vast banqueting hall 27 metres long, 7 metres wide and 10 metres high.

Painstakingly restored using handmade Tudor bricks to match existing with lime mortar to a Tudor recipe. Green oak was sourced for the windows and handcrafted Reigate Malmstone stone was sourced from Midhurst. Completely self supporting internal structure designed without compromising the structure of the original barn. Commended Award by Surrey Historic Buildings Trust.
